- Ensuring they have the necessary rights to use supplied content

- Supplying access to relevant domains, hosting accounts, APIs, advertising accounts, or other third-party platforms
- Ensuring that their instructions and materials comply with applicable laws
Delays in providing required information, content, approvals, or access may affect delivery timelines. Sardiwal Tech will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
6. Software and Web Development
For software development, website development, and web application projects, the agreed specifications and deliverables will be defined in the relevant project agreement.
Clients acknowledge that:

- Additional features or modifications not included in the original scope may incur additional fees.

- No software or website can be guaranteed to remain completely free from bugs, vulnerabilities, downtime, or technical issues.
Testing, deployment, documentation, source-code delivery, and post-launch support will be provided according to the applicable project agreement.
7. Website Design, Logo Design, and Branding
For design and branding services, Sardiwal Tech will develop concepts and deliverables according to the agreed creative brief.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final designs.
- Revision limits will follow the applicable proposal or agreement.
- Requests for substantial changes after approval may incur additional charges.
- Preliminary concepts and rejected designs remain subject to the ownership terms agreed for the project.
- Clients must ensure that their requested names, logos, images, slogans, and other branding elements do not infringe third-party rights.
Trademark availability and registration are not guaranteed by logo design services unless specifically included in a separate written agreement.
8. SEO and Digital Marketing Services
Sardiwal Tech may provide SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content strategy, and other digital marketing services.
Clients acknowledge that digital marketing results depend on several factors, including market competition, industry conditions, advertising budgets, search engine algorithms, platform policies, website quality, and audience behavior.
Accordingly:
- We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, conversions, or revenue.
- SEO results may take time and may fluctuate due to external changes.
- Advertising performance depends on campaign settings, budget, audience, creative assets, and platform delivery.
- Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms may be separate from our professional service fees.
- Third-party platforms may reject advertisements, restrict accounts, change policies, or modify their services.
- Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims, offers, and information supplied for marketing campaigns.
We will perform the agreed services professionally and in accordance with the applicable project scope.
9. Revisions, Approvals, and Delivery
Project timelines and delivery dates will be communicated through the relevant proposal or agreement.
Clients must review deliverables and provide feedback within a reasonable or mutually agreed period.
Where applicable, deliverables will be considered approved when the client confirms acceptance in writing or uses them in production, subject to any express acceptance procedure in the project agreement.
Additional revisions, delayed feedback, changes in requirements, or new features may affect project completion dates and costs.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

Confidential information may be disclosed where required by law or where disclosure is otherwise permitted under the relevant agreement.
12. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party providers, including hosting companies, domain registrars, cloud platforms, payment gateways, advertising networks, analytics services, and external software providers.
Sardiwal Tech does not control the independent operations of these providers and is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, pricing changes, service interruptions, or other actions, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or is expressly accepted in a written agreement.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable third-party terms and conditions.
13. Maintenance and Technical Support
Ongoing maintenance, hosting management, backups, security monitoring, updates, and technical support are included only when expressly specified in the relevant agreement or service package.
Unless otherwise agreed, project completion does not automatically include unlimited maintenance, future enhancements, hosting charges, or ongoing technical support.
Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate backups, security controls, and software updates.
14. Cancellation, Refunds, and Termination
Either party may request termination of a project in accordance with the applicable written agreement.
If a project is cancelled:
- Fees for services already performed may remain payable.
- Approved expenses and non-refundable third-party costs may be charged where permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
- Refund eligibility will depend on the agreed payment and refund terms, work completed, and applicable law.
- Access to ongoing services may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the agreement.
Sardiwal Tech may suspend services for non-payment, unlawful activity, material breach of these Terms, or misuse of its systems, subject to applicable law and any required notice.
